Drop your envelope at the post office and you're done.
Seal your documents inside with the prepaid label and drop it off. You get a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to us. Make sure everything is properly notarized and complete before you send it.

How fast we move
Once your documents reach us on a business day, we take them to the state office within 72 hours on standard service, or within 24 hours with rush. If they arrive on a weekend or while the office is closed, that window starts the next business day.
After we hand them over, the Pennsylvania Department of State works at its own pace, which is outside our control.
