What does the price include?
Our service fee covers preparing your Certificate of Organization, Docketing Statement, and expedite request, hand-delivering them to the Department of State, and emailing you the approved filing. The state's own fees are added at checkout: the $125 LLC filing fee plus the state rush fee ($100 same-day or $300 3-hour). Your full total is shown before you pay.
What are the cutoff times?
All times are Eastern. Same-Day orders must be placed by 9:00 a.m., and 3-Hour orders by 12:00 noon, on a business day. After a cutoff, that option is unavailable until 5:00 p.m., when it opens for the next business day. Each option always shows exactly which day it is for.
What if I'm in the middle of checking out when the cutoff hits?
If you started your order before the cutoff, you have a 10-minute grace period to finish paying.
What if my LLC name is already taken?
We check the name against the state's records before filing. If your first choice isn't available, we use your backup name and let you know right away.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Because we start working on your filing right away, orders can't be canceled once placed. If we can't file on the date we promised, you choose: a full refund, or a discounted filing on the next business day.
